Adamant Holding Inc. (OTC: UCCPF | Frankfurt: U06) is a Canadian publicly traded company positioned at the intersection of renewable energy technology and critical infrastructure.

Founded in 2012, Adamant was originally established as a telecommunications company. In February 2026, the company completed the 100% acquisition of Green Ways S.r.l. (Italy), gaining exclusive control of a patented technology portfolio for integrating renewable energy into critical railway infrastructure.
